A: We have no restriction on age and gender. Each NOC can determine whether to send eSports team to regional qualification and which events to participate in according to its own condition.
A: Administrator accounts will be provided to each NOC, with which each NOC could check the applications of its own country and region. NOC can contact these teams/players with the phone number and email address provided.
Based on the number of registered players/teams, we suggest:
1. If the number of registered players/teams is less than 8, NOCs can nominate maximum two players/teams for the regional qualifications for each game. It’s up to each NOC’s own decision whether to host any National Qualification to determinate its eSports team.
2. If the number of registered players/teams is between 8 and 128, NOCs should host National Qualifications to determinate their eSports teams (maximum two players/teams for each game).
3. If the number of registered players/teams is more than 128, NOCs can create a bracket with 128 players/teams (screening by ranking, applying time, etc.), then host National Qualifications among those players/teams to determinate their eSports teams (maximum two players/teams for each game).
Note: Above content is suggestion only. Each NOC can determinate its own eSports teams based on the actual situation. NOCs should submit the completed rosters before July 20th by email.
We could provide customized execution plan to those NOC in demand, including backstage support system, introduction to relevant esports execution teams, etc.
A: NOC can select local eSports organization to host national qualification according to its own conditions.
If such organization does not exist in your country, Alisports can provide service to help with the whole operating process to determinate the national team for 2017 AIMAG. In such case, NOCs could be charged a service fee to cover organization cost and referee appointment. Therefore, NOCs are recommended to contact DSG Aaron Liu for more information before June 10th 2017.
A: After each NOC submitting the completed roster on July 20th, we would announce the detail information of regional qualification in July, including time, brackets, etc. The qualification will be host online and end on Aguest 6th. The winners can enter the 2017 Ashgabat Final.
